We want you to feel confident in your Belle Et Noire denim. If something is not right, we are here to help.
30-day returns
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free from fragrance or damage, and returned with their original tags and proof of purchase.
Starting a return
Email info@belle-et-noire.com with your order number and the item you would like to return. Please wait for return instructions before mailing your item.
Return shipping
Unless an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, return-shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and original shipping charges are non-refundable. If we made an error, contact us so we can make it right.
Refunds
After your return is received and inspected, we will email you with its status. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take 5–10 business days to post the credit.
Final-sale items
Items clearly marked final sale and gift cards cannot be returned. Returns that do not meet the conditions above may be declined.
Exchanges
For the quickest exchange, return the original item and place a new order for your preferred size or wash. Contact customer service if you need fit guidance before reordering.
